The sector is currently undergoing a consolidation process expected to last several years. In light of recent developments, the dialogue with supervisory authorities and the focus on capital raising possibilities have intensified, as have demands for large-scale commitment planning and following up on problematic customer relations. Accordingly, advice is increasingly sought on regulatory and commercial matters.
