Conflict of interests

Bech-Bruun will, at all times, refrain from taking any cases involving an existing or imminent conflict of interests. In-house procedures and the most advanced quality assurance system in the legal profession allow us to identify potential conflicts of interests through advanced case-by-case client searches. Any issues of doubt concerning a potential conflict of interest are referred to our in-house Conflict and Ethics Committee, chaired by Lars Lindencrone Pedersen, Knowledge Management Partner at Bech-Bruun and former High Court judge.

Confidentiality

Founded on the core values of integrity and confidentiality, Bech-Bruun observes extended professional secrecy in all client interactions and has strict security procedures for the handling of confidential material.

In accordance with the Danish Securities Trading Act, our partners and employees abide by Bech-Bruun’s internal guidelines on the correct exchange of inside information about listed companies and securities trading.
