Bech-Bruun is a partnership with 74 partners, 58 of whom are equity partners.

The partners make up the firm’s supreme governing body. Our partners appoint an Executive Committee to be in charge of the overall and strategic management. The Executive Board elects a Managing Partner who oversees the firm’s day-to-day professional and administrative management in cooperation with the Executive Committee.

In Bech-Bruun we are around 525 employees, including 260 fee earners and 50 case administrators.

The firm is organised into 11 practice groups, which are supported by staff functions grouped under the name of Development & Service.
